No touches here. They must think I'm a monk and celebit. I think I am still a couple weeks away. I hope it comes soon though. I am fortunate, Korea moves pretty quick in the embassy.

Hang in there guys, we will all get ours very soon. Hang in there Gary, your next.

7-08-06 Stopped by Border Securtiy on NCIC name hit - Identity Theft two years ago and theif used my name as an alias which is now permanently tied to his criminal file as an alias - Border Security very helpful and understanding and apologetic about the situation but they have to verify I was not the perpetratpr.

7-10-06 Sent RFE

7-11-06 Received by CSC

7-19-06 Touched e-mail stating received 7-19-06 (BS)

8-03-06 Wondering ####### is taking so long - 128 days now

8-21-06 Congressional Inquiry

I know we had another VJ'er who was put into admin processing because her fiancé was from Seoul. Hope you see an approval soon.. Keep on CSC's butts...

Thanks. yeah, I have no idea why they went through AP. This is their second time through the k-1 process together though. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. I may end up in Security Check hell as well. My name is in NCIC database as an alias to the creep that robbed my house and then used my name as an alias later. B@$stard! My congressmans office is already on that part of the issue, but not much they can do. They swear that since it is on the petitioner it will be easy to get through security but if it were on the beneficiary it may take more time. Hell who knows... I damn sure don't. I am actually on the watch list when I fly as well now. I have registered with TSA for indentity validation. I am just praying.

We will make it. We are all just OCD and ADD at this point. At least at this point I am trying to remain positive. Or maybe it is denial.

I got touched on the 3rd, 4th, and on Sunday the 6th! I'm still in Ukraine with my babygirl, so I really hope all these touches lead to some good news for me to give her before I head back to the states. The 8th is my birthday, so I'm hoping USCIS gives me a present!!!

2-23-2006- NOA1 generated-REJECTED- (they said no fee attached, but I sent THE SAME CHECK back)

3-13-2006- NOA1 generated, reciept date of application

6-2-2006- (Sasha's bday) Transferred to CSC

6-14-2006- Recieved at CSC

6-23-2006- RFE generated IMBRA

6-30-2006-RFE recieved and returned by me.

7-8-2006-RFE recieved by CSC

7-11-2006-"touched" I just figured this out!!! ;)
