I already send the Affidavit of support and the $380. What is next how long after this will the papers be sent to the embassy, I am really anxious with every thing that is going on in Cuba. Is there a way that I could speed things up at this point?

If you have already returned the I-864 and supporting documents, and paid the IV Bill of $380, the next step will be for NVC to generate the DS-230. Are you the USC spouse/agent? If so, has your spouse sent you the DS-230 part I signed and any documents needed?

Yes I downloaded and send it to him for signitures, he also send me a copy of passport, and I already asked him to send me the police report. what else do we need??

The documents you need to submit to NVC with the DS-230 depends on the country of the beneficiary/applicant.

When one is required to submit both parts 1 & II and all documents listed in the above link, the NVC reviews all documents and schedules the interview. Part 1 should only be signed not part II as that has to be signed at the interview stage in front of the conof.
