what is the mean??? anybody????

Is that mean i need to correct place of birth and got deny according by the first check mark.

Does the Place of Birth on your passport conflict with your birth certificate and/or the other forms you have completed requesting this information.

From what you have posted it sounds like there must be some conflict between some documents and they want to see it corrected.

Somehow your passport doesn't match. You need to either fix it or if your place of birth has changed it's name officially bring documentation that shows this.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

It is very likely that the Place of Birth listed in your passport does not match that listed on your Birth Certificate. If this is the case, you should go to the Authority that issues Passports for your area, city, county, province, country and request a New Passport with the chance to make the birth place match your birth certificate.

So time to get it fixed? Go to yer passport office, bring yer birth certificate, and inquire on how to get it changed...
