how many of you had your USCIS say I-129F was approved per NOA2 and then have Consulate officer decline your entry? Just wondering if this has ever happend to anyone or could it......

btw any Filers sent their Packet 3 back in Mid-April to Montreal office? I think they are beginning to pick up their pace a little.

You should check out Approved November filers in the Canada forum. There are a bunch of folks with packet 3 returns in April and May. Lots of sharing and venting going on there. Check out the Canada forum for lots of information.

In your first question, are you asking if people (USC petitioners) have had the I129f petition approved by USCIS and then had the consulate deny the visa to the beneficiary?

Entry would be denied by CBP and not the consulate, the consulate could deny the visa.

If this is your question, the answer is - YES - frequently. Some times it is a temporary snafu becuase the consulate needs more information, or maybe some paperwork is incorrect, and sometimes its because they feel the relationship is a sham.

It occurs more frequently at more difficult consulates.

If your case is well prepared and you have provided sufficient proofs and documentation then you should not be overly worried about this (we all worry regardless).
