Did you ask for it, in yer cover letter with this new submittal?

While it is very wonderful that your wife is pregnant and a very urgent matter for the petitioner and beneficiary, the USCIS and Consulates do not view this as an urgent matter when it comes to the immigration process.

See the problem is that my wife has develop some medical complications and as we know doctors in her country can't find any cause for her complications so i wanted to have her checked out here. In the US.
