hi guys now i haven't received the email confirmation that ds3032 has been accepted. but the IV bill is available online 2 b paid. should i wait for the email confirmation or just pay it.???

IR-1 / CR-1 Visa

2010-04-19: approved online wohoooo

2010-04-24: NOA2 hardcopy received

2010-04-26: gave 2 email addresses and assigned case #

2010-04-27: received/sent ds3032, AOS bill

2010-05-01: IV bill became available online/paid

2010-05-06: sent in DS230 package via express mail 9:07am

2010-05-11: NVC acknowledges the receipt of AOS on 05/05

2010-05-13: operator told me that AOS sent to supervisor for review....

2010-05-14: AVR changes to received the checklist letter response on 5/13

2010-05-23: RFE for original birth cert. (i did sent original).......arghhh

2010-05-24: BC under review by some department

2010-06-02: sent in original BC again and previous BC is still under review

2010-06-10: NVC recognizes BC into their system

2010-06-15: BC under review

2010-06-21: SIF!!!!!omggggg soo happy 57 days in NVC process

2010-06-28: interview on Aug. 19, 8am.

2010-08-19: interview went fine but he's put into AP :(

2011-01-09: almost 5 months in AP "still pending"

2011-02-06: 5 and half months and still counting......when is this torture going to end....

2011-02-20: 6 months still no answer..........

2011-03-08: more than 200 days passed in AP..................(

2011-03-24: visa has been issued today. hurayyyyyyyyyy finally wait is overrrr.

2011-03-26: got the passport wohoooo

The IV bill is not generated until the DS3032 is accepted.

ROC check cashed 12/15/11

NOA1 12/13/11

Biometrics 1/6/12 Complete

RFE 9/13/12

RFE package sent back 10/17/12

Card Production Ordered 12/04/12

10 year card arrived in mail 12/10/12

in LingChe's NVC shortcute i read that

DO NOT pay the bill untill u get the email from the NVC that i should pay??

that's y i was little worried that i didnt receive an email from them as of yet but the bill today is available to b paid.......

nothing bad will happen rightttttt

Why don't you call NVC Customer Support and confirm with them? It is always best to get your information from the source.

Having said that, there are some very knowledgeable people in this forum!

I would say if it is available then pay it.

For me the IV Bill and AOS Bill together became available to pay. My lawyer was automatically designated as the agent thus avoiding the DS-3032.

USCIS Journey:

12-30-2009 - Wedding in Delhi

01-21-2010 - I-130 Petition Sent

03-24-2010 - I-130 Approved

NVC Journey:

03-29-2010 - NVC Case Number assigned

04-20-2010 - AOS Package Received at NVC

05-05-2010 - IV Package Received at NVC

05-19-2010 - NVC Case Completed - Sign In Fail

05-25-2010 - Interview Date Assigned.

Consulate:

07-19-2010 - Interview at New Delhi - Approved!

07-20-2010 - Visa Package collected from VFS

07-26-2010 - POE at Washington DC

08-19-2010 - Welcome Letter Received - Tracking Number reveals that GC was ordered on August 16

08-23-2010 - Applied for SSN at SSA

08-30-2010 - GC, SSA Card Arrive in Mailbox

ok guys so i'm taking ur suggestions and paying it coz i dont want to wait 'till monday to call them up coz i have everything ready. if i pay it today then i'll b able to send it in by monday express lolz.

the stupid thing is that AVR system doesnt recognize my case number so i'm stuck untill i call and talk to live operator

don't send stuff in until the coversheet and paid receipt are generated on the online payment portal.

Other than that, you should be golden.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

no i'll never do that. i'll give a call to NVC first and ask them my update on the case and tell them the situation that i haven't received the acceptance ds3032 email and the IV bill became available over the weekend and i paid for it. after calling them i'll send in the pckg. most likely the payment will b showed as paid.

after that i'll sit and wait for case complete or the RFE's lolz.

it takes them about 2 weeks to process the packages right?
