Called yesterday for the status of my packet 3 being mailed out from Montreal Consulate. They informed me that it was maild out 15th of April, it's now the 22nd of April, I live in Ontario, does it always take this long?

Nov 25, 2009: Sent out I-129F Package

Nov 30, 2009: Received NOA1

Mar 31, 2010: NOA 2 Approved

Apr 02, 2010: NVC Received

Apr 04, 2010: NVC Left

Apr 07, 2010: Consulate Received

Apr 26, 2010: Packet 3 Received

Apr 27, 2010: Packet 3 Sent

Jun 28, 2010: Packet 4 Received

May 12, 2010: Medical

Aug 11 2010: Interview Date

APPROVED!!!: Interview Result

Oct 19, 2010: POE

Nov 21, 2010: MARRIED!!!!!!

Mar 16, 2011: AOS Package sent to Chicago Lockbox

Mar 17, 2011: AOS Package recieved Signed for by Jay

Apr 26, 2011: NOA Hard Copies Recieved for AOS, EAD and AP

May 10, 2011: Biometrics Appointment

May 12, 2011: Email - Approved EAD/AP

May 21, 2011: Combo Card Arrived in Mail

July 5, 2011: AOS Interview -------- APPROVED!!!!

Yes, because being mailed means it has sent to the mail room, not necessarily sent out to Canada Post to you. Ours was mailed on March 17th but had March 23rd post mark and came a few days later than that.

Called yesterday for the status of my packet 3 being mailed out from Montreal Consulate. They informed me that it was maild out 15th of April, it's now the 22nd of April, I live in Ontario, does it always take this long?

It is very normal, I live in Ontario too. They said they mailed it March 31st, but the stamp said April 8th on the envelope. I ended up getting mine on April 13th.

It should get to you soon... no worries! :)

My packet 3 was sent out on April 13th and I received it yesterday April 21st. I'm in Ottawa:)

Hi Alaba,

If you want, you can check the "Approved November Filers -The Wait for the Interview" forum. A lot of us are at the same stage I guess right now, and we're trying to keep each other posted on when the P3 is received, logged, and when we receive the interview date.
