Had my interview last April 12th. The CO asked for my fiance's 2009 tax return, I gave him W2 for the last 3 years cuz fiance didn't send his 1040 :bonk:

Didn't get a pink slip, they asked me to give a scanned copy of his 2009 tax return and got approved the day after I gave them the document.

If you are providing w2's you also should provide a complete copy of the tax returns including all forms and schedules for each year submitted.

If you are using tax transcripts - then just the transcripts should suffice.
