JUNE 18, 2010 - FINALLY, NVC SENT OUR PAPERS TO MANILA

JULY 6 and 7 2010 - MEDICAL(PASSED^_^)

I believe it is 12 hours difference between the PI (12 hours ahead) and NVC (eastern time zone). Also I dont think they are open for questions on the weekend.

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

That is correct. I was in AP at NVC for a few weeks and called EVERYDAY except Sat/Sun (phone lines closed to NVC operators on those days). :unsure:

johnny,i believe i send you message about that asking but i can't find it,hahaha!!maybe i accidentally deleted it!!!Thanks guys for the replies...My fiance told me to calm down and breathe once in a while :lol: I am just so anxious waiting...Its the excitement maybe of 2 yrs and 3 months of waiting to be finally be with him for GOOD!!!

If you have specific questions about a case, please contact the NVC. E-mail is the NVC’s preferred method of communication.

By E-mail

The NVC’s e-mail address is NVCINQUIRY@state.gov.

In order to ensure a prompt response:

The Subject Line of the e-mail should be the relevant NVC Case Number.

Provide the applicant’s name and date of birth and the petitioner’s name and date of birth.

If you are an attorney, include the name of the law office requesting the information.

If the petition is employment-based, include the company/organizational name.

Reference only one case per e-mail.

24-hour Information

An automated recorded message system is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to answer case status inquiries (603 334-0700).

Note: This service requires the use of a touch-tone telephone.

Operator Assistance

Telephone operators are available to respond to more in-depth inquiries.

Sure they want you to use email.....that's so they can take FOREVER to respond.....average response time to emails is 10+ days...:angry:

Their automated voice response (AVR) only works for immigrant visas. It doesn't work for K1's. You have to call and talk to a human.

Cathy...no worries....I don't mind helping people get through this mess...

NVC runs on USA time (M-F) and Manila Embassy runs on PH time (M-F) and the embassy observes USA "AND" Philippine holidays. :hehe:
