We just received a letter from the VSC (?) Didn't expect to get a reminder. Maybe they are sending reminders now? Well, 2 more weeks we send our information to remove conditions.Is there anyone else here getting ready to be a May filer?

Removing Conditions

5-24-2010 - Sent I-751 to Vermont Service Center via USPS (receipt/signature required)

5-25-2010 - Delivered to Vermont Service Center & Signed For

6-1-2010 - I-751 Receipt Notice Received in Mail (dated 5/26/10)

*time Passed

7-30-2010 - Biometrics date: August 13, 2010

8-13-2010 - Biometrics Finished

*time passed

8-30-2010 - email received 'card production ordered'

8-31-2010 - touch (updated on uscis as approved)

9-4-2010 - Received 10yr Green Card ** Now we relax **

They say on the webpage for ROC that they will send a reminder - but they also say they are under no obligation to do so, and the onus is on you to file...

Seems to be hit or miss, based on the posts here.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

That's ok... some people get them and others don't - but as long as you file it doesn't matter...

N-400 Naturalization Timeline

06/28/11 .. Mailed N-400 package via Priority mail with delivery confirmation

06/30/11 .. Package Delivered to Dallas Lockbox

07/06/11 .. Received e-mail notification of application acceptance

07/06/11 .. Check cashed

07/08/11 .. Received NOA letter

07/29/11 .. Received text/e-mail for biometrics notice

08/03/11 .. Received Biometrics letter - scheduled for 8/24/11

08/04/11 .. Walk-in finger prints done.

08/08/11 .. Received text/e-mail: Placed in line for interview scheduling

09/12/11 .. Received Yellow letter dated 9/7/11

09/13/11 .. Received text/e-mail: Interview scheduled

09/16/11 .. Received interview letter

10/19/11 .. Interview - PASSED

10/20/11 .. Received text/email: Oath scheduled

10/22/11 .. Received OATH letter

11/09/11 .. Oath ceremony

Yeah, I never got the letter.

They've been doing a good job of sending the reminder. Majority of filers on VJ got the reminder letter. The only problem is they send it to the address they have on file for I-485 even if you filed AR11 after you move. Mine got forwarded by the post office to my current address. Good luck to you. we got our reminder notice yesterday and it was dated april 19 and his 90 day window starts may 13... i am thankful for this site... what if i really depended on uscis .. i wouldn't have enough time to gather any documents or to even know what to look for... thank God for visa journey.. you're the best :thumbs:
