My fiance stated in his declaration of meeting in I-129f that he stayed in our home between 09/02/2009 to 11/18/2009 but the time we had been together is 09/04/2009 to 11/17/2009.. He included the day he departed from US 09/02 and the day he departed from Manila 11/18..

will it lead to misrepresentaion of facts?

No and if there's any question about it, just indicate he took the dates from his travel itinerary or boarding passes. They'll understand as they know many flights from USA land in Asia two days later.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Those minor differences in the dates DO NOT fall in the category of Material Misrepresentation which is a Purposeful misstatement of facts intended to mislead the adjudicators.

You will be fine.

Not a problem for misrepresentation - your clear there

If a particular CO wanted to be a phoo phoo he could bust your chops about it but it should not be a problem.

Very easy to explain if it did ever come up.

When you prepare for interview just work on getting the dates correct and in agreement with each other on things like engagement date, etc...
