07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

Good Morning MENA!!! 1 more day and I will be counting the hours!!!

I know that there is a way to track the flight paths, does anybody know the website??? He is flying EgyptAir from Cairo to JFK, then Delta from JFK to Orlando Intl.

Terrie, I never heard anything about a meteor. I will have to google it!

I was hoping the baby would come home today or tomorrow but he's having feeding issues (spitting up alot and not wanting to take all his formula at feedings). I'm still keeping my fingers crossed.

I hope everyone has a wonderful afternoon and evening.

That happened with Enzo - it took about 3 days before he got everything ok and because of it they wouldn't let him out of the NICU. :( It's awesome to see that he's doing so great in all other aspects. I hope he gets paroled soon. ;):thumbs:

Terrie, I never heard anything about a meteor. I will have to google it!

I was hoping the baby would come home today or tomorrow but he's having feeding issues (spitting up alot and not wanting to take all his formula at feedings). I'm still keeping my fingers crossed.

I guess the meteor only happened in Wisconsin and Iowa! Its on you-tube I guess.

I'm glad Ayman is doin much better, must be a big releif for you. have you been able to hold him! I will keep you all in my prayers.

Thanks Staashi, it's so hard to keep leaving him. He was doing so good now this is another setback. He's been in the NICU today for 17 days.
