I am an American citizen bringing my Filipino wife to the U.S. and when we submit the I-130 we both need to include 2 competed G-325A Forms, I have a couple questions for what I am supposed to write on the G-325A Form.

In the upper right hand corner there is a box next to Citizenship/Nationality, the file number box, what do I write for file number? Also what box do I check at the bottom of the page when they ask " this form is submitted in connection with an application for:"? Then at the bottom I need to print my name and alien registration number what would be my alien registration number? The same questions apply to my wife too. thanks

Oh and for the box "U.S. Social security number(if any)" Does my wife leave it blank or write none or what? that might be a dumb question but I dont want any stupid mistakes

File Number is the same as Alien Registration No. (But I am not sure on this)

this form is submitted in connection with --- check 'OTHERS' and write (I-130 IR1/CR1) - IR-1 if you guys have been married over 2 years. CR-1 if you guys have been married since less than 2 years.

Alien Reigstration No - you can find from your green card; you need to put N/A in your wife's A no. field.

same for social security.

For the USC

You have no "A" alien registration number - you are a US Citizen

Same for the bottom - your name - you have no "A" number

This form is submitted in connection with "Other" then write in I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

I believe its the same for your wife - not sure about the "A" number in a case where she may have been issued one previously for some reason.

Hold out for some better advice on that one!

6/15/2009 Filed I-129F

12/15/2009 Interview (HCMC, VN)

If none, state none. Good luck writing "I-130 Petition for Alien Relative" in that space. Just I-130 CR1 visa will work nicely.

Yeah because we dont have Alien Registration #s or file #s in the example form they have 3s filled in though like somehow you are supposed to obtain both a file number and alien registration number

N/A stands for "not applicable". The question is definitely applicable, so if none, answer "none".
