Hi, i am new to this site and i was wondering if someone can guide me with picking the rite form for a Co-Sponsor from the following list for my wife's petition I-130 that i filed from the following list:

I-864W - Intending Immigrant's Affidavit of Support Exemption

I-864EZ - Affidavit of Support

I-864 - Affidavit of Support

I-864A - Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member

So who is the co-sponsor? (Living in same household?)

since he is living in the same house as you..he would use the I-864A...you would still use I-864 though.

Remember, the USC petitioner will file a I-864 regardless of income. If your joint sponsor lives in the same household as the petitioner, then they will use I-864A. If they live in a separate residence, then they will fill in another I-864.

For your joint sponsor you will need proof of their citizenship/residency. For household member, you will need proof of relationship and same household/residence.
