My husband and I just got married and we leased an apartment together in Jamaica, I stayed only 10 day in the apartment before traveling back to the states, and I visit the apt once monthly..however the question on the application reads as follows:

21. If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together. (Include street, city, province, if any, and country):

"We jointly leased an apartment in Jamaica where I frequently visit." But list your residence address as the USA, not Jamaica.

It doesn't say how long you guys stayed..........it's just asking which place did you guys stayed togather........now if it's for 10 days or partial days in a month..........just put jamaica address.........that's my word on it.

Im filling out my I-130 Too, So I should write the hotel were I visited my wife? That counts as the last address were we lived together?? What did everyone else put on there forms since most people have only visited there wives and not really lived with them?

I put N/A when I we filled out the I130 paperwork. Visits are different than living together.

Correct. The question asks about "living" together, not hotels you stayed or places one of you was "visiting".

I did the same and had no issues.

My husband stayed in Brazil with me for 3 months in my house... that`s not considered living together?

When I went I stayed at my relatives home and I put that address on my 130...So far no issues for me...lets hope it stay that way.

On a personal note I see putting an address down as proof that you have met your wife in person. For the date I put down the 4 weeks that I was there.
