Hey All,

I know someone else has probably asked this, but what does this mean? and is there anyone else who has recieved this notice from CSC and gotten approved? Someone needs to teach CSC how to write sentences that are understandable. Don't get me started on CSC!

Wouldn't I recieve a written decision anyway, why am I not getting one of the friendly approved e-mails?

It means they received your response to they're RFE (I'm guessing they sent you one). Thats all it means really.

Weird thing is, nikkis, your timeline doesn't show a second RFE. I'm assuming you got the same update when you sent them the RFE back the "first" time?

This statement from them is that they have the RFE information you sent them. Since your case was only needing the RFE information your time to get a decision on your case will take shorter than the current processing dates for applications that are being shown on their website link. Good luck.

yep that is what it is, you returned your RFE on 22nd of July, They just got it posted and you got email telling you they got it and it is in your file.

I'm guessing she probably mailed her IMBRA RFE back to them a week or so ago, and they are now confirming receipt of it (as with most of us it took a week or so for them to acknowledge they received it)

I read the date on the email as April, instead of August the first time through.. Doh!

Nikkis - the message only means they received your RFE.

Since there is no real system regarding processing times at CSC right now, there is no way to know how much longer it will take . . .
