can we travel while we're waiting for it to go through

okay so we're getting all our stuff together and looking it over to file the k-1 fiance visa paperwork...

my question is while its sitting in the US waiting to be approved or not can he come here to visit me or me go there

to visit him or do we have to stay in our countries? i know he will need to be there for the interview and stuff but

couldn't either of us make a visit to the others country?

Yes you can visit during the process, just be sure to bring proof of ties to the home country. And be prepared that you may be turned away at customs.

yes both can travel, but when he is the visitor he must show that he does not intend to remain illegally. if you want some tips about it read this K1 visit
