I checked it over the week-end and the last updated date I had was 06/26, next thing I knew was getting the card production ordered email on 07/07.

cecy, I still would like to know if your LUDs changed on the date you were approved? or is ur last touch still showing 6/26? Can u pls check it for me? Thanks!

I can answer this for you, on my part, I just checked the LUD and it showed 07/08/2010. I didn't check it last night when I got the e-mail update. But it's changed today.

Last touch now is 07/08. I received the same email on the 7th and on the 8th, I hope this helps.

Edit: I'm not sure when that changed though.

Same here we got the approved card ordered on July 7th, however the last touch says July 8th. Hope that helps!

July 21, 2007 I29F sent to Vermont Service Center

July 24, 2007 packet received and signed for

August 2007 received NOA1 with receipt date of July 31, 2007

Dec 10, 2007 received email notification that NOA2 approval notice has been sent and petition approved!!!!!!!!!

Dec 14, 2007 received hard copy NOA2 approval in the mail

Dec 14, 2007 called NVC said our case had been received and already sent to the New Zealand consulate in Aukland!!!! Whoohoo!!!

Dec 24, 2007 Fiance received packet #3 from Auckland Consulate WOOOOHOOOOOO!!! Merry Christmas to us!!!

Dec 29, 2007 Fiance completed packet 3 and sent to Consulate.

January 2, 2008? (checking the date) Consualte received packet 3 back

January 3, 2008 Medical

January 7, 2008 Inoculations

January 8, 2008 Received letter with interview date from Consulate!!

Jan 31, 2008 Interview scheduled

Jan 21, 2008 Visa approved!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes that happens...touches after approval. It happened to some of my earlier processes.

Yes, touches after approval do happen. In this case, I was trying to figure out...if there was no new LUD on the approval date (for those who had touch on 6/26), that probably means the officer actually approved those ppl on 6/26. One person who was approved on 7/7 mentioned to me that the LUD remained 6/26 until 12p.m. on 7/8. Then it changed to 7/8. So I hope my assumption is right. You know how when we went for AOS interview, the officer approved us right there in the computer system, but we got the card production ordered message like 2 or 3 weeks later. So am assuming that's what happened with the 6/26 touches.

Hi, could you please tell me how you can see the touches? we have filed with the Vermont Service Center, had our biometrics done on May 3th and nothing yet. Thank you.

Use the receipt number on the biometrics appointment paper to go on your USCIS account on the website and get your case status/updates. When ever you see the last action date change even when the status has not that's what's called a "touch".

NATURALIZATION
07-03-2013: Eligible to file
07-22-2013: Application sent (Delivered: 07-24-13)
