APRIL I-751 Filers

Hello there,

We're worried because we filed in April with Vermont and have received the NOA on May the 14th, however since then nothing - still not biometrics apt?? We're worried USPS might have not delivered the letter... Anyone else still waiting for their Biometrics apt?

Yes we have already gotten our Bio letters (had 2 sent with different days but went to the earlier one) and have already completed the biometrics. I didn't even pay attention to their being a different reciept number..hmm...off to check that out.

On June 24, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

so by this week or next my wife should receive new green card.

So they are rolling on in VSC

4/26/10 Received NOA 2 with interview date

5/19/10 Interview for Biometrics and Photo

You just confirmed you sent package on 3/31. Your Date of I-751(sent date for this list) should be 3/31???

And if you received NOA on 4/16, the Receipt Date should be before 4/16???

We got a touch on 6/26/2010, according to the online status. No change, still says intitial review. I am hoping thought that it is a good sign. Bit surprised to see them working on a Saturday though? Hope it is good news! Maybe the approval comes soon.

Yeah, I got mine about two weeks after they received my packet. How much time it takes to get your biometrics scheduled depends on how busy your local office is, though 6 weeks seem like a long time.

Thanks for the reply I called them this morning and the Officer told me the same thing, she confirmed there was no date scheduled for us yet. I was getting nervous that they had sent an ASC letter and USPS misdelivered it or something... But it seems San Antonio is just busy this time around.
