APRIL I-751 Filers

Now I'm confused. We just received a second bio appt letter today that is scheduled for 6/7. The first bio appt is scheduled for 6/11. We did an early successful bio walk-in 5/25 (the lady told my husband that all the fingerprints matched). We filed with CSC (isn't VSC the ones sending 2nd bio appt letters - are we the first CSC applicants?). Thank goodness we did receive our NOA1. What do we do now??

I should have read the last couple of pages. I guess CSC is joining VSC's bandwagon of double appt letters (at least in our case). I'll give USCIS a call (kicking and screaming). I guess it's nothing to be overly concerned about.

If it was me who received a second bio letter after doing an early bio, I would go back to the same application service center ask them if I am getting two bios for the price of one. Or maybe a better course of action is an infopass appointment?

Hi... same thing happened to my husband. He received two biometric appt dated 5/25 and 6/2. Took his appt on 5/25 and gave his other appt.paper to them. Now...we are waiting for approval or next step to do. Good Luck to all !!!!

During AOS my case not touch until they sent the interview appointment. Touches don't always show, it's nothing to worry about if you ask me.

I was thinking that they probably need the social security number just to match records, fingerprints and name.. If the agent told you that you shouldn't worry, then it must be true.. And like I said, the social security its not something they require people to bring to the appointment.

So, was it really RFE letter you received on 5/13? If so, when did you respond it? And you still haven't received Bio letter? Your case is mysterious...

Yes it was an RFE letter then I sent the documents back, they got them on May 18th then the date of my extension letter is May 19th. May I ask why is mysterious?. Thank you
