hi there!! i am here in the philippines ,i am married to a gorgeous californian guy last march 2010,he of course wants me to move in with him. we were told that maybe faster if we send the 325-a and the 864-i form concurrently, is that so or not necessarily? does he needs to send my 2x2 pic along with my birth certificate in the 130 packet? and if he's going to print the 130 form which he tracked on line, does the bar code matter? because some phone lawyer say it does.. thank you in advance.... :help:

Yes the bar code does matter - my lawyer confirmed this to me too - the bar code cannot be skewed or altered

I have not heard of anyone sending the 864 form as part if the I130 - this is usually requested by the NVC as part of the affidavit of support

Start with the CR-1 guide. Read the guide, insructions and forms and provide the requested documentation as specified and instructed.
