hello. can somebody help with this? i have an existing CR1 petition, i have a dismissed court case (estafa) that took place on year 2003.. i just would like to know how will that affect my petition.

Did you file I-130 and waiting for approval or have you already been approved and at NVC stage now?

if the petition's already been approved, and the estafa was desmissed, no problem seen, as long as there are proof of the dimissal :)

If your NBI is cleared and has been given to the NVC already there is no problem dear.... just hope you dont get any more issues about money matters in the US...
