Thanks for not leaving me alone :) Yes my case is unique and sooooo stressful. I just want this NOA2 now so I have one thing less to worry about. Maybe today :dance:

I am officially now a Dual Citizen :)))

07.06.09 sent I-129F to Vermont Service Center for Mr Brazil

02.23.10 Visa Interview - Rio de Janeiro-Visa denied

03.11.10 case cent back to VSC

Second Round:

04.19.10 Sent new petition to Vermont Service Center

04.21.10 NOA1

10.XX.10: Decide to split with my fiance and set in a withdraw letter to VSC

10.25.10: NOA2 - to my surprise but it does not matter anymore

i am sure VSC has more cases than CSC, there are more states sending papers to VSC than to CSC. but they have started moving faster... hey everybody! we are gonna get our NOA2 in June! all of us and

Thanks guys.. And, Oasis, definitely not leaving here anytime soon. I really hope you hear something today or tomorrow and, at the very least before your trip. Your NOA2 is coming soon!

Now, I have to re-read everything that I had read a few months ago in anticipation of my NOA2. I have forgotten quite a bit of it.

Finally Ryna, congratulations. So happy for you. Things will move very very fast now. Good Luck to you.

Any April flier on AP? That is where I belong now. The worst place to be at, not knowing why, not knowing how long and again not sure what steps to take. Please pray you are not on it.

Can this process get any better?

Just got off the phone with NVC. I have my Bogotá case number, but was also told that my case was in "additional processing." what this means, I have no idea. Neither the reason nor the length of time.. I've looked around VJ and have seen some delays of 2 weeks, others of 3 months. :wow:

I honestly just... don't.....get.... it...

OMG.... well from what i read from someone here at VJ AP at NVC are pretty fast. Just keep your faith alive and pray. It should not be there for a long time. Enjoy your weekend and celebrate the approval forget about the AP for this weekend.

when I got my NOA2 the first time.. when it went to the NVC... it was fast.. like 1 week and then it went to Brazil.

Dont believe anything they say at the NVC, they were missleading me when I called there the first time too, made it sound like it would take months and it was pretty much there just a few days.

AdmireMyPS - I see that yours is post-interview admin review, so I hope that's cleared up soon! At least, you've passed all of this other nonsense.

Oasis- When I first read your post, I almost thought you got your NOA2... Hope you get some good news soon!

And, I'm hoping that what I was told was just a canned script or for something very minor and quick... After waiting so long, I tend to expect the worst right now but I know it's probably not so...

congrats ryna on finally getting the NOA2!! you must feel so relieved. oasis, we've got our fingers crossed for you...

we're having nvc problems too. they have my fiance's birth date wrong and refuse to give us our new case # or any other information about our case. they refuse to give an estimation of how long it will take to 'process' the birth date change (which, for the record, is correct on our app, must be a data entry error or something). we don't know if it continues and gets sent to the embassy anyway or is just held indefinitely in limbo in the nvc. grrrr...

Aug 2, 2010 -- touched

Aug 13, 2010 -- date of NOA2, I-129F approved

Aug 17, 2010 -- NVC sent application to embassy

Sept 7, 2010 -- Hand-deliver packet to embassy

Sept 30, 2010 -- Receive notice of interview date

Hi All!!

We are April filers to Vermont also! My fiance never received his packet 3, but he called and sent in the paperwork needed.. now we are desperately waiting for our interview date!! I can't stand to be away from him!! We skype every day.. for hours.. even listening to each other sleep... I can't wait to have him here in my arms.. forever!! Fingers crossed that the paper will arrive today.. or this week!!! Best of luck to you all.. the wait will be worth it!
