So, my fiancee went today for his interview in Casablanca.

The procedure was pretty standard, they took his paperwork, fingerprints, etc.

He was only 1 of 2 people there for a K1 fiancee visa. A tan woman with dark brown hair called him for the interview. She asked him a lot of detailed questions about my life. Where do I live, where was I born, what do I do for a living, what do i study in school, where does my ex live, how much money do i get in child support, where did my kids come from, what jobs have i had in the past, what do my siblings do for a living etc. He knew all the answers. She read some of our conversations and glanced briefly at the evidence he brought.

The woman took all the papers and his passport and said, We'll call you when its ready, and she left before he could ask if that was an approval or not.

He had some issues with his medical exam earlier this week, they were having a vaccine shortage and he's missing a vaccine still. She didnt comment about that.

So, we still arent completely clear on the outcome, but we think its good!!

Was he given any sort of piece of paper? You can call the embassy directly during American citizen service hours to find out for sure what the status is. It doesn't sound bad!

Thanks. He said the woman seemed to be in a hurry, he was going to ask her if it was an approval or not but she took everything and walked off pretty quickly. I don't know why he didn't get a paper. It could be because he's still waiting on the last vaccination to become available. The person before him who interviewed for K1 got her passport back and was clearly denied, so we're hoping this is good news. Thanks for all your support! I'll keep posting updates.
