Good morning everyone! Another warm day here. Will be 87. Good news will be a little cooler tomorrow.

Hope your day is going well. I think I need another cup of coffee but am too lazy to get up and fix it. Sitting

here watching the birds building their nests, hummingbirds are fighting as usual, little rabbits are everywhere,

quail running.....how can one leave the show!!

Have some shopping to do. Thank goodness it's only a little. Biggest deal is getting out in the Tucson

traffic with all the nut cases laughing.gif . But I thank God I don't have to drive in Phoenix!! Poor Annie and Vanessa....my

condolences. tongue.gif

Have a wonderful day all!

Morning Mena! (F)

Jeanne LOL @ Tuscon or Phoenix traffic...when I moved from NY/NJ commuting to here I was the happiest girl ever. :P (minus SLOW ####### snow birds....they do bother me ALOT!) I'm fine w/ the freaks that forget to use blinkers, wouldn't know what MERGE means if it bite them in the butt and break riding ding-dongs...but snow birds...UGHHHH! I call them the smurfs (the blue haired people). I have calmed down a bit and don't drive or shop like I need everything yesterday (typical NY'er..lol)...not that impatient :blush:

We went to see Shutter Island last night...not at all what I expected but I did like it...just a bit weird and my favorite line: Would you rather live as a monster or die a good man?

Later everyone (F)

Awwww thanks Jeanne! :P LOL! Actually if I time it right, the traffic isn't so bad because of the school schedule. But if I leave so much as 5 minutes late in the morning (like today) then UGH the freeways! I can't wait for tomorrow for the temperature to go down. I'm not ready for the summer temps just yet. I think it's because I know I'll be in Morocco without any air conditioning. At least this year I know what to expect and I'm coming prepared!!

Ok, gotta get back to it...break almost over! Have a great day everyone!

AOS interview is in 2 weeks and we need some kind of proof we live together.....my current bank won't add Ibrahim because of the Patriot Act. So I am scrambling to find a bank that will let me have my hubby on my account.

Can't even get a darn library card without a picture ID that includes an address. Hmmm..what can I get for proof? I'm getting a little nervous about this upcoming interview.

Jax

eta: TCF closed my account ohmy.gif I was $1.66 in the negative and they canceled me ....weeps tears. They said they would have added him with a pending SS number but now I am closed wacko.gif Can anything else go wrong today?

OMG Jackie, I am so sorry that you are having a tough day.

Why did they say adding him was against the patriot act.

I know the library's around here insist that you live or work in the area before they will give you a library card.

As far as the bank, try a big one...like Chase or Capital One. I think the reason you don't have a bank account is very easy to explain. You are still waiting on a social security card. I can't imagine that is going to be an issue...since it is the government you are still waiting on.

Have you been able to add him to your phone bill.

I was able to add my husband to my lease and my electric bill...and as you know he isn't even here.

On the lease, I had the landlord add him as an additional person living there. There is a line for that on my lease. On the electric bill, I just added him as a person that can discuss or make any changes. They didn't need his social security number for either one of those things.

Try not to stress. You can't control when he does or doesn't get the social security number and the interviewer will know that. Just tell him that you are still waiting on the ssn.

Waiting.....Waiting....waiting....waiting....and more waiting..........

Pictures, bills in both your names, and if they aren't get them in both your names. letters to the both of you. anything for him with your address. maybe a statement from some of your friends that know you.

Wow Jackie,

I can't believe how long it takes to get a social security number. It doesn't seem like six months has passed already. That is crazy.

Best of luck to y'all in the interview.

Waiting.....Waiting....waiting....waiting....and more waiting..........
