i need advise nag file nang cr1 visa ang asawa ko ngaun ang problima kc kailangan daw yong tax return ay 27000taw dollar ang dapat nyang i show, self employed ang asawa ko at may dalawa syang anak na nasa kanya na katera , ngaun gusto kna makasama ang asawa ko .... dapat ba talagang yon ang dapat nyang ipakita? , pangalawa hnd na kya ako maka alis at makasama ko ang asawa ko ?, ano ba dapat naming gawin ?. pls 2long........

ang ibig sabihin siguro ng asawa mo eh dapat ang income nya sa isang taon (para sa 4 ma miyembro ng pamiliya) at least ganoon, kasi may tinatawag na poverty guidelines na dapat maabot para makapag-petition ng asawa. ngayon kung hindi abot ng asawa mo yon, pwede syang kumuha ng tinatawag na co-sponsor, -kamag-anak o kasama nya sa bahay na pwedeng tumulong. kung meron, yung taong yon ay mag fill-out din nung form para dalawa silang mag-sponsor sa iyo.

may pag-asa ka pang makaalis...ang income ay isa lang sa mga kailangang ipakita...mag-send ka sa akin ng PM (i-click mo yung envelope sa may pangalan ko) kung makakatulong pa ako :)

11-30-2008 Went home to PHILs for the holidays

12-21-2008 Church wedding!

01-08-2009 AOS Approved! thank you Lord! no interview required!

01-16-2009 Received GC in mail

09-02-2010 Sent out application for ROC

09-08-2010 Received NOA1

09-10-2010 Received Biometrics Notice

10-06-2010 Biometrics

12-06-2010 Approved! Thank you Lord God!

12-11-2010 Received NOA2 and 10-yr GC in the mail =)

12-02-2011 Civics Test/Interview (passed)
