St Luke's and CFO during "Holy Week"

Hi,

My fiancee wants to do her St Luke's medical and do her CFO at PRISM during the week of April 12-16. She says that week is some kind national Holy Week? I emailed St Luke's and PRISM to see if they're open that week. They haven't responded. Does anyone here on VJ know if those places are closed that week? Thx!!

I think they're going to be closed the Thurs & Fri of Good Friday.. I don't suspect they'll be closed for a week, since the embassy will be open that week.

Thx. I been trying to find a calendar on their website but that site is not very useful.

Holy week holidays are April 1 (Holy thursday) and April 2 (Good friday). April 9 (Friday)is also a holiday for National heroes day.

Yeah, I kind of Googled Holy Week...and found Semana Santa (Spanish for Holy Week), ends on Easter Sunday, which this year falls on April 4. And I read that during the week leading up to Easter Sunday, most of Philipines shuts down for the whole week. I suppose anyone going to Manila next week better call first and make sure you chosen location is open for business. I think we should be ok since my girl is planning to hit St Luke's on April 14....I didn't know about National Heroes day.

I know St; lukes continue serving except april 1 to 4 and 9 w/c is thursday to sunday and the following friday. I do have my medical on march 29 2010. CFO? only closed during holidays w/c i already mentioned.

im pretty sure they're closed on april 1 & 2 and april 9 also cause its "araw ng kagitingan" or "day of valour"
