I feel like the kid that no one wants on there team when it comes to uscis, I never get touched or picked to send nice letter of approval too. Gosh I feel this is never ending

09/16/2005 Filed K-1 at VSC

12/24/2006 Rec RFE

12/24/2006 Mailed back RFE

01/17/2006 K-1 diened due to lack of evidence we meet in person.

02/06 Hired immigration lawyer

03/24/2006 Left for Mexico to see my honey who had been gone since 09/16/2005

04/01/2006 Got Married

05/01/2006 VSC recieved I-130

05/17/2006 MSC recieved K-3

07/01/2006 Recieved RFE for K-3 IMBRA law

07/14/2006 Usps said MSC recieved package

07/25/2006 I-130 Transfered to California Service Center (????)

08/07/2006-Touched I-130

08/07/2006- I-130 Approved (99 days)

08/07/2006-K-3 Approved (83 Days)

I love you... I waiting just a little longer

I hope, you get approvals very soon. Just hang in there.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

mine was the same a couple years ago. Everyone all around me was getting approved and moving, and they never even touched mine. We called the State Senator's office and they rattled the cage a little bit.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

NVC sends the I-129F to the Manila Embassy August 29th, 2006

Embassy in Manila Receives I-129F August 31st, 2006

Packet 4 Received by Melinda from Manila Embassy October 1, 2006

Interview at Us Embassy Manila, October 18, 2006

Visa Approved! Interview Completed.

Visa Delivered by DELBROS October 28th, 2006

October 30, 2006 Arrived back in LAX with Melinda, were going to Disneyland!!!

November 6th, 2006, Melinda and I are back home in Winslow Arizona loving Life!

01/23/2009: Biometrics appt letter received

01/31/2009: Biometrics scheduled

05/20/2009: APPROVED

06/23/2009: 10 Year Green Card arrived

Ok so I get up early this morning like alway about 4:30am. Come to work and think ok today is the day the email will be in my inbox . But no nothing expect spam mail. So I really think that the big bully at uscis ate all my papers cause he forgot his lunch one day.

Guess what, tracimn123, there is no big bully at USCIS, just a bunch of people like you, going to work. Really, we're the bully. Because we put so much pressure on ourselves and have unrealistic expectations. I'm sorry your K1 was a dead end. Your new journey began in May, not that long ago. I'd wait till Sept/Oct before checking the mail constantly ... or whatever makes sense for US-Mexican spouse petitions. When times are tough, be gentle with yourself. You're in our prayers.

you are not alone. my k-3 NOA1 date is April 14. I was last touched on the 27th and keep thinking something is coming but nothing. Can't wait to join the approval party :crying:

06/14/05 K-3 NOA1

07/08/05 k-3 NOA2

07/22/05 K-3 leaves NVC to Lagos

08/08/05 Hubby picks up interview packet from embassy

11/17/05 K-3 interview (denied, C.O refused to take co-sponsor for k-3)

12/16/05 I-130 NOA2

01/03/06 NVC assigns case number

02/15/06 Case complete (thank you James Shortcuts- only 6 weeks!)

04/19/06 tired of waiting, filed k-3 #2 ( petition is still lost in oblivion)

09/11/06 NVC scheduled CR-1 interview/ on to Lagos (thank God after 7 months of waiting!)

10/14/06 Interview date (success!)

10/18/06 Hubby goes to pick up visa- not ready ( ugh what's going on!)

10/19/06 Visa in hand ( thank you God!)

10/29/06 Together at last :)

Whole process 1 year and 4 months

Don't feel bad, Our I-130 was approved June 8th 2006. But they think she is in the USA with me. So their not going to send the papers to the NVC. I've called, wrote letters, emails, and all they say is "I'm sorry" We can't help you.

So I'm thinking of filing an I-130 again. And drop the other case.

Because 1 person at USCS made an error nobody wants to correct it. and get things moving in the right direction again.

i think miker32us had this same problem man. Not sure if it was exact but sounded similar.

May 1, 2006 - Submitted I-129F (Overnight) NSC

May 2, 2006 - NOA1

June 1, 2006 - Transferred to CSC

June 14, 2006 - Notice from CSC it was transferred

June 30, 2006 - Received IMBRA RFE (CSC)

July 5, 2006 - Touched (RFE Received)

July 31, 2006 - APPROVED

August 5, 2006 Physical NOA2

August 15, 2006 NVC Received and Sent

August 22, 2006 AIT sent Packet 3

August 22, 2006 Packet 3 got lost in the mail... sending another.. :( :( :(

October 27, 2006 Interview
