My fiance filed for K1 visa in January 2010. So far he only recieved NOA1. I have a son with him, we are no longer getting along well, fighting quite often. I sure don't want to go to USA and have an unhappy life. I want to cancel the process, people tell me if there is a way for me (I am the beneficiary) to cancel my case, I have reciept number and information about my fiance. Thanks so much in advance

to do: the petitioner needs to send a notarize letter to USCIS... but if u both can save the relationship then don't do it...

To godsgift and Hopp : thank you for the information. I am so worried and depressed, because I have a feeling that he is up to something with his ex wife, they want to have my son. The only way to take away my son is both of us come to us. Is there really nothing I can do about this ? :crying: :crying: :crying:
