WHAT TO DO TO BE ABLE TO KNOW IF THE NVC ALREADY SEND THE APPROVED ALPPLICATION OF K1

PLS IM NEW HERE AND IM NOW IN THE POINT OF BEING CONFUSED... PLS HELP ME

MY PROBLEM IS... WE GOT APPROVAL FROM NVC THAT THEY WILL BE GOING TO FORWARD OUR APPLICATION TO THE MANILA EMBASSY WHERE THE INTERVIEW MIGHT BE HAPPEN...TIL THIS TIME I DONT GET THE PACKET OF INSTRUCTION THAT THE LETTER SAID.. IS THERE ANY WAY TO VERIFY IF OUR APPLICATION IS ALREADY IN MANILA?

OR CAN WE CALL THE USEM TO GET APPOINTMENT EVEN WE DONT EVEN GET YET THE PACKET OF INSTRUCTION? OR WE HAVE TO WAIT THE THE LETTER FROM EMBASSY MANILA TO INFORMING THAT I AM NOW LEGIBLE TO CALL FOR THE THE APPOINTMENT.? WHAT IF THE LETTER DID NOT COME? I CHECK THE FED-EX AND THEY SAYS NO LETTER OR IF THERE IS THEY ALREADY SEND BACK TO MANILA EMBASSY BECAUSE THEY DONT FIND ME WITHIN 3 DAYS...

I NEED ASSISTANCE SO PLS HELP ME GUYS...

you download the form packet 4 ..manila don't use packet 3. You can find the form you need on the site here.Have your fiance download them at cafe aand print or you mail to her by e-mail or snail mail.

you can call NVC to ask when it left, and to get your NVC/Manila case #.

Once you have your casenumber - you can call DOS for status

but - you must call USEM to set appointment.

You need to first confirm that NVC actually sent your file to USEM Manila. They sent me a letter as well, but when I called to see when it shipped, they said our petition is in what they call Additional Processing and will be stuck at NVC until they do whatever is they do under AP. But you must call NVC and confirm your file has been shipped and get the date it was shipped. Call the embassy about a week after the file has been shipped and ask to get an interview appointment.

Since you have your NVC letter and therefore have your MNL case number? If so, you can go take your advance medical exam at St Lukes. No appointment needed for that.

The embassy in Manila does not send out a packet. It's online. You need to gather all your papers and such for the interview.

based on my experience i receive from AIR 21 knowing that our papers is forwarded in Manila embassy.They deliver in our house.That we can schedule our appointment interview in the embassy.i received case number last feb.24.09...then it says that the papers will be forward to manila embassy.and can recieved packet soon...last march 07 i recievd from Air 21 the packet instruction and put also there that we can sked the interview....About you dont worry you can recievd it soon either email or from Air 21..............

we are in the same situation,..but good thing with this my fiance sending me all scanned copies of what hes getting from immigration,..We are also waiting for the packet that the NVC will send soon as they indicated in the letter they sent us.Stop worrying and stop confusing yourself.,.we received the NVC letter last March 4 and till now we are waiting for the packet..It says on the letter that if more than 4 weeks and still got nothing then thats the time we are goin to follow up.Hope this post will make you calm and let you know that you are not the only one on this ######.lol..later!
