My fiance's household belongings are in Watertown, NY on the ABF moving truck! So cool! Hopefully it will be here on Friday so my fiance' and I can get the things before the July 4 holiday weekend. He was worried that there would be trouble crossing the border because he hadn't crossed yet, but all is well!

My fiance' just called me to tell me he is leaving his parents place and he should be at "our home" by 5 p.m.! I can't wait to hear from him when he gets to Sarnia, and then even more excited to hear when he gets into Port Huron after activating his K-1! I can't believe that today is the day he comes home!

My fiance' just called and said he is just west of Toronto but some accident was holding up traffic. Hopefully in another 3 hours he will be in Port Huron.

My fiance' just called and said he is just west of Toronto but some accident was holding up traffic. Hopefully in another 3 hours he will be in Port Huron.

Seems this accident is still holding him up. He just called again, this time from near exit 295 Guelph so it will be 2.5 hours before he gets to Port Huron. I sure wish the accident would clear up so he could have smooth sailing.

Wow, my fiance' said he just got past the accident at Cambridge that has been holding him up for 2 hours! He still has 2.5 hours to go until Port Huron. At least the driving is better now.

Finally, my fiance' called to say he was in the U.S.A. Hope Supportgeek and Kizza didn't have as much wait time (guess it depends when you guys went through).

Hopefully you arrived at your destination and your POE went well. I can't wait for my wedding this next Sunday. My fiance' and I went to have engagement pictures done with our photographer and we are both happy with the few she showed us just on her digital camera. I can't wait to see the real things. Have fun settling into the U.S.A.!

I haven't posted because I haven't heard anything, no response to emails or inquiries from the senator, NOTHING. Going on 9 weeks now. DoS just says "still processing" every time I call.

10/14/10 AoS, AP and EAD apps mailed

10/26/10 Received NoAs for all 3

11/16/10 Biometrics appt

11/24/10 RFE on AoS, missing tax forms

11/29/10 Received RFE in mail, sent back forms

01/05/11 Received interview letter in mail

02/03/11 AoS Interview -- APPROVED!!

02/12/11 Green card in mail!

Removal of conditions will be Nov 2012

Aww, hun. I'm so sorry. I was really hoping that we hadn't heard anything from you because you were busy moving and all that. I'll continue to keep my fingers crossed for you. I know it probably doesn't help, and I know you've probably already heard this a million times, but it really will be worth all the hassle in the end!!!

Nah I've been hanging out over in the AP forum, though I'm the only canadian there really. We are pretty hopeful for this week since Kevin called the senator and they said they would be contacting Montreal again within a few days.. we just want to hear SOMETHING.

Hi! So I received my 3rd packet and returned it to the consulate....is there a way of tracking the process now online??

Nope! All you can do is sit back and wait. Check out others around that have sent theirs back around the same time as you, and when you start noticing that they're getting interview dates, you can probably bet that you'll get one soon. You're also welcome to call DOS and they'll ask you for information about your case, but I wouldn't recommend doing that for awhile.
