Hi VJers,

I know I have asked this question before but I was unfortunate enough to not receive a response. As far as the I-134 goes, should I include my bonus pay? I receive a yearly bonus from my employer and I want to include this on the form for question 7. What do you think?

Thank you for your time.

Yes, because that is part of your annual income. You also need to submit an employer letter stating how much you earn a year, copies of your last pay stubs, and tax returns. You should also send a copy of your bonus check.

If the bonus was paid in 2009 then it should be included in your W2 or 1099.

If the bonus was paid in 2010 and is not reflected on your regular pay stub then you may want to include the bonus check stub as well to document that income.
