can anyone tell me what to do???

do i get the PCC (police record) BEFORE i send the IV package for cr1 visa??? or can we send this AFTER i send in the IV package or do i have to wait for the NVC to contact HIM in japan!??

help someone please!!

Hi...

I am a Japanese beneficiary filing for the CR1 and waiting for the NOA2.

well I already got the PCC to prepare for IV package...

I just show them

- NOA1

- Passport

- Driver's license

and it was took only 10 business days...

so He should be ok with NOA2...

I suggest that call the Police Dept. to make sure... they all nice...
