See below for chart of number of approvals per day (for all service centers.)

From March, April and May, there are still 145 petitions who have replied to the RFE but are awaiting approval.

I don't think mine is there on July 26. We're one of the recalled cases and my timeline shows the original NOA2 date.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

Were all of todays approvals dated yesterday? None dated today?

You are very good with the charts, makes it easy to see the trends. Could you do one for the CSC like that?

My chart is through the end of July. I only saw one timeline with an approval in August so far.

The chart below contains all CSC, including those orginally Texas and Nebraska. The one above had Vermont included, but this one does not have Vermont. (Not a "slight" towards Vermont, but us folks at CSC :wacko: are fighting a different battle than you folks at Vermont.)

So far, the average days at CSC between the IMBRA RFE and approval is 24.

he is leaving for oklahoma for basic training...09/19/07

graduated basic, left for texas to study to become a medic.......12/03/07

It says 26 of the 43 from yesterday are NSC transfers!

Difference is only because of people like you and me.

I started in TSC and put TSC in my timeline since that is where my app started.

You started in NSC and put CSC in your timeline since that is who is processing your app.

Being that my graph processes off the timelines, I unfortunately only got my data from there. I believe Unling has been having people submit their dates directly to him instead of using timeline information.

No big deal, just two sets of data.

April 13/06 NOA1 from NSC

June 1/06 - Moved to CSC

August 12/06 APPROVED - NOA2!!

August 28/06 Left NVC. . . Vancouver Bound!

September 27/06 Interview APPROVED, with visa in hand

October 29/06 Moving Date

December 30/06 Married!!

AOS Journey:

January 16/07 Sent out AOS, EAD, and AP docs

January 23/07 NOA1's for AOS, EAD and AP

February 13/07 Biometrics in Portland, OR

April 7/07 EAD and AP Received

April 24/07 Interview Scheduled . . . and APPROVED, stamp and all!

May 7/07 Greencard is in my hands!

ROC Journey:

February 17/09 Sent I-751 to CSC

February 18/09 NOA1

March 14/09 Biometrics appt.

April 22/09 Date of Approval!!

June 25/09 Greencard arrives in the mail!
