Hi Everyone... I'd like to know how is the interview at the consulate schedule...

Do they give us options of dates? Or they just say when we have to be there?

Could anyone describe all the process after the NOA2??

I don't know about Brazil but for my fiance she has to contact the embassy after she gathers all the materials and does her health check to schedule an interview (she'll be scheduling hers next week after she receives my I-134 that I'm sending tomorrow). When I got the I-134 from the embassy in Japan it included instructions on what to do leading up to the interview. For Japan they only have interviews on Mondays and they usually take place 4-5 weeks after you contact them to schedule one. Best bet is to go to the American embassy website for Brazil and see what info they have.

Date is given by the embassy based on their availability. Any re-schedules on your part would just delay your process.

Visit the blog that talks about Brazil/K1/Process and concerns.. it would/should help you clarify some of your questions or concerns .. hope it helps

What Imwaiting said is correct, I also recommend visiting the Embassy forums for the process from NOA2 forward. Also you might wanna browse through the timelines of other people from Brasil and check their interview reviews. Not everyone writes them but lots do, it certainly helped me back when I went through the K1.
