Can some one throw light on what is going on? Is it that just Indians are getting delayed here or every one is in the same boat?

I check my emails 7-8 times in the night between 8-11pm EST just to check to see if I got any response and every time I am unsatisfied. I dont understand what takes so long when a person with NOA 1 on March 1, gets NOA 2 on June 2 and the 5TH March is delayed till now?? Johndoe do you have any idea about this? My frustration level is at its peak and I am helpless here.....

I agree with March2010. The whole process is maddening to say the least. I wish I could help you guys out. I hope that none of the Indians here have to go through New Dehli.

I dont mean to come off as rude, but you need to take a set back and relax with this whole process.

Go into NVC with a clear mind otherwise you might panic and forget something that needed to be done. Take it a step at a time.

We all experiencing the same as you, its not only the indian folks. Like my wife says "Its out of our hands but our day will come and forever is ours after"

Whats wrong with New Dehli?

The Jesal, New Dehli (if you haven't read Amit N Melody's post) is really quick at giving out "give me more info" documents at the interview stage and putting you through AP.

Tom, I thought I had read all of it but my darling 14 1/2 month old was fussy so I sent it and put her to sleep and then realized my error. When I "edited" all if it, I got this message, "You are not allowed to edit this information." Who is allowed???? I will just have to hope that you don't come stalk me. Hey, as far as the case info goes, if you want to go pay my $400 IV bill next week, BE MY GUEST! I had requested him to get the police and other 2 certificates a few months back but we had a hiccup and it didn't happen. Now he is working on this but we had another hiccup. He is good at following my requests for the most part. I don't e-mail him very often because he never reads the e-mail. I guess I should start e-mailing him again and just go in and make it look read :P.

Also, is anyone who knows what Senior's poem says going to tell the rest of us?!?!?! I'd like to know...PLEASE :help:. For those of you that read through the junk that I posted from the e-mails I received, was any of that info helpful or should I just keep it all to myself next time?

I read but her situation is different as shes white with kids. I know its wrong but new Delhi from what i hear is old fashion and strict so that could have been a factor why she was put on AP.

Were there any more cases of Indian couples being put on AP? Guess i could switch to the Mumbai, main reason i wanted to go to New Delhi is because they allow me to attend the interview. Wife liked that idea.

I don't know these people's backgrounds but here is something that I had read. Attending the interview is good. I'm not trying to scare you. I just want anyone who is going into a hard situation to be prepared.

Im not scared. At that point I will be with the wife again so i dont mind if im "stuck" there for a bit with her. ;)

Guess I will read up more about Mumbahi vs Delhi. I read the reviews on both from the top of the forum link and they both seem to have their fair of issues.
