-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

I got my NOA1 on the I130 form March 15th. It hasn't touched. :crying: Sometimes I have visions that its laying on the floor under someone's desk with an empty sprite bottle, a pair of gym shoes used for the lunch break walk, and a portable fan. ;) I don't know why I have that vision, but long waits can play tricks on your mind I guess.

Got mine March 2nd, touched March 4th and nothing else. I think we should be getting approved in next 3 weeks from today.

No i dont have any insider info. I wish i did though. Anyway, if you read it correctly, i said "I think"

They are working on the brother/sister visas for US citizens right now. Originally, they were completely one months application per month. For example: Currently for the month of may, 2010, they finished looking at applications till May 15, 2000. Now if you look at the the visas rate for the month of june, 2010. they plan on finishing looking at applications till September 1,2010.

Thats almost 2.5 months of applications being looked at for IR-3.

They have to eventually, start moving our applications and hoping to see it moving along by middle of June.

No i am just guessing on that. I have no clue but am hoping to see if start coming along soon because they haven't approved anyone on VJ for almost 2 weeks now. there is no real way of telling. But you should be one of the first ones to get NOA2 because of ur NOA1 date.

I have a NOA1 date of April 2nd. So have a while to go for that.

I forgot it is the end of May. I read March 2010's prediction of," next 3 weeks " and then read John's of, "Mid June." now that I have reread it, it makes me laugh. Mid June...3 weeks. 6 to 1. :). Anyone have any exciting plans coming up? I know Tom is off. No plans here, just a little working and watching my baby grow up before my very eyes.

I hope so too I just spoke to him n he is going in start his shift 2morrow I hope everything goes good for him n I get to see him on Tuesday but I know how long jamaican take to do stuff I hope there not drawing this out for too long

Got a touch on BOTH of our I-129F and our I-130 today, that's the 2nd touch since getting our NOA1 so maybe it's a good sign? Here's hoping...
