HELLO Everyone! Sorry if i was MIA, i didnt want to post anything about our case without an update, anyways, hubby just checked his mail and it says :

Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

On September 16, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Does this means I got approved?? WHAT????????????????

BTW question about Police Clearance, should i use my married name on all the clearances i need to get, i mean when i was 16 i was still single, so im kinda confused now, what last name i should use arghh...

For example :

1992-1995 i lived in Manila and was still single by then. so if im getting the PCC in Manila should i use single or my married name already since im now married..

pls help... :blink:

So it's taking 165 or so days for approvals now, instead of 150 days. This is what I calculated also using VJ timelines. The average days for approval are 167 day days. Hopefully, NVC and Embassy will make up for this delay with quick turn around.

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10
