Just checked "My Case Status" on the USCIS website. I've been touched for the first time!!!!! (All I can think of is that Madonna tune.)

Not sure how I feel about a government agency "touching" me

Same here. Contacted my senator's office yesterday, 130/129F touched the same day :dance:

Not sure if it's just a coincidence ... I like to think not :)

Hi! I was wondering how much long do one has to wait after the sign in failure?

Is there anything that I can do at this time since I have no response or email from the embassy in Mumbai India? The waiting in frustrating.

not too long.....we received interview date for brother-in-law's case .... in like 3 weeks....

FInally received our case number. what happens now? Can we send in the DS3032 now before we receive anything from NVC?

We haven't given them the email addresses yet either. obviously can't give it to them until Monday so what happens here?

Yes, you should register email addresses with NVC first. Next you can just ask NVC operator about whether you can send in DS-3032 right away or should you wait for email from them ?

Hey March filers! I wanted to share the news that our interview has been scheduled for October 27, 2010. I also wanted to say THANK YOU so much for all the support and well wishes!! Reading about your own stories and struggles has made this whacked journey much easier for me. I really learned a lot and couldn't have found better filing buddies. Hopefully my visa will be approved and we'll be able to start a new journey soon yes.gif

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

We called 2 days after our 5th month mark, and they just kept saying we are "still within normal processing times," when we were clearly over 5 months. You can see if you can get more information from them....but from what has been posted the past couple of days, everyone has been getting the same robotic responses from agents.

Met in 2004 at a Dave Matthews Band concert, started dating November 2005, engaged February 2009 and married November 14, 2009. Together in the US on March 19th 2011

CR-1 journey

USCIS: (170 days)

2010-03-27: I-130 sent

2010-09-23: NOA2

NVC: (93 days)

2010-10-06: NVC Case Number assigned

2011-01-05: SIF and Case Completion!

2011-02-15: Medical in Toronto

2011-03-07: Interview approved (335 days from NOA1)

2011-03-10: Passport received

2011-03-19: POE - Buffalo, NY

2011-03-28: SSN received

2011-03-31: USCIS Welcome

2011-04-05: Conditional Green Card received

2012-11-30: Notice to file I-751 received
