Well everyone!!!!! Guess what !!! come on guess. yesteray i received my approval notice from USCIS. so its on to the next stage. My mother's condition was reason to expedite and i am very happy about it because she is very weak and she does have a lot of problems still. But the good news is that i am approved. one step closer to finishing.

ConGRATULATION RICH&BEY, Its amazing how a silly little thing like APPROVED can lift your spirits!!! :dance::dance::dance::rofl: ENJOY THE MOMENT AND MOVE ON DOWN THE LINE!!!

10/11/2010: AOS review fee ($88) online payment - IN PROCESS

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

Rich- You didn't give me time to guess!!! :unsure: WOO HOO!!!! Congrats in the approval. Sorry it was based on something terrible but an approval none the less! :thumbs::dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: Are you ready for the NVC? Don't forget and try to expedite through them as well. But do it quickly because then that way, all you have to do is submit your paperwork at the embassy. Jeez...you could be staring at a Sept interview (given the right circumstances).... :star: How is your mom doing?

Thanks teya!!!! my mom is better but it is still horrible to see her go through this. i went to see her the other day and she looked at me and said she couldn't see me for about 30 seconds. something is very wrong with her and my mother is an italian stubborn woman that wont listen to me. i tell her to go get a thorough check up and tell the doctors all her problems.

Rich- :( I hope she is able to receive the care she needs soon. I love how USCIS sends texts at random hours.

Teya - I am ok with it. I dont expect to hear anytime soon anyway. I will hear when my turn comes but its just wierd how slow they are at approving cases. Oh well. Have other things in mind right now. So not worried at all.
