Thanks! I highly doubt that it means I will get NOA2. That would be shocking. I need to e-mail back and ask I will be getting a new I-797C or not. It didn't say.

- NVC Forwards Case to Embassy, Manila

- Waiting Medical completed 10/27/10

- Interview Date 11/3/10 Wife didn't have NSO Marriage Certificate, No Approval OMG!!!

- NSO Certificate received by Embassy on 11/5/2010

- Informed by call center. Cost $18 Information received- we need to wait 6-8 weeks from Nov 5th FUBAR.

- VISA APPROVED 12/15/2010

- Wife arrived in US Feb 2, 2011... :)

Im a USC and send I-130 for my 2yrs old daughter.... on March 1 2010... got my NOA1 on March 9... my priority date is march 9... i send it late.. cause.. didnt know i need to send seperate form for my wife and daughter if u are a citizen.. :bonk:

The e-mail that I received last night from CSC didn't tell me if they were going to send me a corrected NOA1 so I sent them another e-mail and they basically shot me back an e-mail telling me that i need to follow the regular rules first of how to get information. Ooops!

While you still have a little time, read over LingChe again. Double check your documents. Proofread your I-864 and DS-230 packet cover letters. Make two copies of everything. In short, make sure you know where to go and what to expect after your NOA2.

Mr. Doe12- The regular way is to call the 1-800 # and talk to the operator and have them tell you the same thing they tell you every time and then after they get done asking their questions and making sure you aren't a lawyer, tell them the situation and they will make a service request to which you have to wait 30 days for a response.

how long of a wait is it when u call them everytime. It must really be annoying to wait on a call for the same problem over and over. Feel bad for you but I think NOA2s for March filers are coming soon.

Well, this last time that I called, I told the guy that since I had called so many times before I was going to stop him because I pretty much know what he is going to say. I then told him the things that I wasn't calling about and told him I am not such and such but am a this that and the other and filed this petition on said date and that I know what the I-797C (NOA1) says (because they read that to you...every time you call). So all in all about 5 minutes before you can tell them your problem/inquiry.

Like I said before though, my ducks aren't in a row so I'm in no big hurry to just hurry up and wait (yet) in NVC.
