Hey all, so i asked my hubby to call USCIS yesterday cuz i had also this feeling that their system is somewhat not updating, unfortunately the USCIS customer representative told him that we just gotta wait since the processing time takes up to 5 months :( I know its sad, to think he's deployed in Turkey (active military member). I also asked about if he could request for the Expedite thingy, he said he already called The US Military helpline regarding that and he was told that they cant expedite our case unless its an Emergency. So i guess need to wait, wait and wait like everyone else does..

NOTE : No touches yet as of today

11/15/2010............NVC received AOS package

11/16/2010............NVC received DS-230 package

11/25/2010 ........... early medical day 1

11/29/2010............AOS entered at NVC's system, requesting for biographic info

11/30/2010............DS230 entered at NVC's system

12/8/2010 ........... SIF

12/9/2010 ........... Case Complete

12/13/2010 .......... Interview date assigned- January 7, 2011

01/07/ 2011 ..........Visa Approved

Everyone's favourite data ####### is here again with some more information. I took a day by day average of all the NOA2 that had NOA1 in March. And here's what the data looks like.

Looking at this the only thing you should know is that Marching are taking about 108 days to get their NOA2. But the most important thing to gleen from this is that the average days are snapping into place as USCIS gets more and more upto date as seen below:

This should give later March filers some sense of solace and hopefully this 108 days average continues to hold true for April NOA1s. Thank you.

N400 CITIZENSHIP STAGE

23-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox (USPS EXPRESS)

27-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form delivered/picked up by USCIS

01-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form fee check cashed by USCIS

04-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form received per NOA1
