RFE caz i didnt send any pictures or proof other than marriage certificate, forms and passport size pics. I have this feeling that I will get hit with the dreadful RFE and will delay the process for me :(

NVC

10/04/2010: Case# received, Both email id provided

10/05/2010: DS-3032 COA emailed to NVC

10/11/2010: IIN received

10/11/2010: AOS review fee ($88) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/14/2010: AOS status 'PAID'

10/16/2010: DS-230 IV fee ($404) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/19/2010: DS-230 IV status 'PAID'

10/20/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package sent

10/22/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package delivered. Signed by: J Desmond.

11/10/2010: SIF!!!

11/14/2010: received checklist for missing passport office PCC.

11/10/2010: NVC Completion

12/09/2010: NVC Forwards Case to Consulate

CONSULATE

11/22/2010: Passport Office PCC to be in hand

12/28/2011: VFS Office Visit - Submit all required documents

John, i didn't send any proof either. i sent everything else. i also sent a copy of her social security and birth certificates. we had applied for a fiance visa last year. they have everything on us already if they looked it up because she came into country and we were married within 90 days. the problem is i don't have any proof of marriage because my mom had a heart attack in october so we wanted her to be there at the wedding so my wife and i just got married at the county clerk office waiting for my mom to get better. so i don't have proof of anything because my wife had to go back to brazil because of family emergency also. so we had to reapply for the marriage visa. that is why i been so impatient because it is taking so long.

Sorry to hear that. I have proofs such as wedding pics, emails, chat messages etc. but i completely forgot to send them in. So expecting something from them regarding this.

John- I hope you don't get an RFE! Those proofs are extra. I sent pics of us printed on regular paper- lame, I know. I will take the good stuff to the interview. :P. I sent some other things too but nothing special. I guess our daughter's birth cert is what saved us. Please USCIS, don't give my good buddy John an RFE!

Rich and Bey- I hope this all clears up soon for you. Sorry to hear about both family hardships. I hope you can be together soon!

-NOA 1 Receipt date: 3/1/10 (sent 2/18/10)

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-NVC operator says the IV package has been entered: 11/18/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-AOS RFE's received: 12/2/10

-Checked payment portal for fun (SIF!!!!): 12/3/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

Hey..its our NOA2 that we got..not just a touch..i was about to update my last post..when my net got disconnected.

Just spoke to wife...who has immediately started at how long i am taking to send the PCC..

i think you'll be fine as long you are out from uscis to NVC i hope it goes smooth for you we did send some pictures though and we already been denied for the k-1 so we are taking it very hard at this point our case for k-1 was touched today it was returned from the consulate to uscis to review it but we chose to get married and file cr-1 let me ask you some did you submit the original marriage certificate with the I-130 or a copy

Yes, Yahya.. In india, the process is like this.. All marriages have to be registered with the local govt in 14 days after the wedding. So 3-4 days after our wedding in church, we went to the local govt body and gave them the application to register our marriage. They took the documents the church issued after the wedding.. and then they issued a 'marriage certificate' in 2 weeks. We included a copy of it along with I130. I think yes, some sorta certificate is required..

ok i have another question my mife is the USC and she is moving tomorrow and we don't want to change the address with uscis cos we are affraid its gonna cause a delay and we don't want that being we are close what do you guys think?
