Is it biased again this year so that customers in Quebec have a higher chance to win? I remember last year, seeing the news reports about it, and then going to Montreal and buying even more coffee, only to not win a thing :(

I won a donut too  I try really hard not to eat donuts, so I don't think of it as winning, just another test of my will power!!! I will give it to someone who will appreciate the donut though!

Anyone ever forget to roll the rim, then have to dig through the garbage later when you remember? and then you get "try again". I hate that!!!!!

Aw, I'm missing it.

I won a coffee once but my boss bought it for me so I gave it back to him

Oooh, Rav 4's this year.

And they're made in Canada :P

My dad works at the Toyota plant that makes them, he's assistant manager of quality control.

This is sad for me. I worked at Tim Horton's the last 3 years I lived in Canada, and now I'm far far away from any Timmies locations! For those of you who don't know, employees aren't allowed to win. Technically we weren't even allowed to cash in a donut or a coffee, but we did it anyways (at a location other than the one we worked at as our boss wouldn't let us cash them in at work) But if we were to win any of the big prizes, they would deny us. So I never had a chance until now... but I still don't have a chance because I live in flippin Colorado! :P

No Roll up te Rim for me - not in Canada during :( I was on a roll the last time....we must have won a free coffee or donut everytime we went. I think the last was a gift card which we gave to my brother when we left because there was no point in redeeming it for ourselves

Some of you probably have noticed, but the sizes in the US are bigger than in Canada. A medium in Canada is a small in the US. Canadian large is a US medium...etc..

I usually got a medium in Canada, so here in the US I get a small. Small sizes don't have the roll-up-the-rim!

I can understand not doing it in Canada since a small is sooo small, its like a shot!

But why not in the US? Its bigger, plus, they only have S, M & L. 3 sizes here where Canada has 4.

Eh..I should quite the bitchin' & be happy I can get Tims here :P

Yah, that's totally not a valid complaint :P lol

Ya, you really win....if you get to have a sour cream glazed donut! I've never won anything though with that promotion.

To Jerrysgirl...I actually got someone at work today to bring me in a coffee from Timmies, but I drank it and threw the cup away!! I never even thought about rolling up the rim until I read this thread. I'll bet my Rav 4 is in the dumpster by now! :crying:

Your poll is flawed . . . it doesn't allow those of us outside of the Tim Horton's service areas to participate - just like we can't participate in the Rrrrollllllll up the Rim! :( You should have included the option - 'rats, can't win - I'm not in Canada' and 'nothin' - I'm not in Canada!" :D

Friends of mine won a camping outfit once and another friend won one of the 10 speed bikes in Rrrolllll up the Rim contests. I pretty regularly won free coffee, muffins, bagels and donuts. I used to give the donuts away because yeah, you win a donut but if you eat the donut you gain in other ways!

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
