That is wierd, our case was completed on 2/16/10 then on 3/2/10 we received an email that our interview date is 4/13/10. I think i called the right place on Tuesday and they told me that they did not show any record with his case #. So my husband went on Tuesday to get his medical Exam, do you know who tells you if you pass the medical exam. I am sorry, I have an attorney so far he has done find , but its very had to get a hold of him and i am just waiting on paperwork from him (packet). Do you get any email or letter telling you that the pettion has been received from Embassy.

Thank you for your reply.

No, for CR1/IR1 visas you do not get an e-mail from the embassy but the NVC forwards the case to them as soon as they make the appointment for the interview. If you want to be sure you can call them or e-mail them to find out if they have it, but they should have it by the 13th of April.

Thank you. Can you give me an idea what I could use to put all documents they are asking and all the evidence... I am working on getting all that right now.

I also have reply by email like three times, either i am not doing it right because i have not received a reply... this is frustrating. This is for El Salvador Embassy. Does anyone know the easy way to contact them?

Thank you.
