Pertaining to question 8 & 11 ....

On question 8 should I mark 'Wholly dependant' or 'Partially dependant' or should I just mark as N/A..?

On question 11 should I mark 'Intend' or 'Not intend' to make specific contributions or again just N/A...?

I tried a search for this info but couldn't find anything, sorry. I remember awhile back someone had linked an I-134 example page

Thanks for any help

Jacksonj,

The question on the form is applicable.

My question to you is, for who will you be making this mark and what is that person's circumstances?

If she is the only one in her family coming (no kids) and you have no one else you are supporting (no kids etc.) then do what the Example shows. If not then fill their names etc. and whether you will continue to make contributions to support them or not. Good Luck

At the top of the page there is a link for example forms and there is a filled out I-134 there.

Like Yodrak says it depends on who you are talking about for the dependent. Do you have children? If so are you still supporting them? I had no one to put in that blank because I do not have children and am not married and supporting a spouse, so I think I put none. My cosponsor, who was my father, put myself and my mother in there and checked partially dependant, because he is still partially supporting me and he also helps support his wife/my mother.
