Your whole paragraph on your sexual appetite was not only pretentious, it was vomit inducing. I initially rolled my eyes and ignored it for being so over the top, but if your profile was anything like that for those American dating sites, it's no wonder you didn't have much luck.

Most women serious about a relationship aren't looking for a porn star...they are looking for someone who as much a friend as they are a lover. Maybe there are some looking for the same as you, but you probably won't find them on any dating sites. Perhaps Craigslist, adult personals?

It's a perfectly reasonable question. A healthy sex life is EXTREMELY important to the long-term health of a marriage, unless you're a puritan. One of the reasons many marriages end in divorce is because of sexual incompatibilities.

What others have said is true. You need to be careful and take your time. There are "good" LADIES on the filipina dating sites. (I met my wife on FH) There are also many that will skin you alive. I understand the onslaught of im and interest hits is overwhelming, complimentary and too many too fast. Don't let it go to your head. Keep your calm and be selective. I rewrote my profile to be less luring and to be more specific about my interest. Consider writing a list down of exactly what you are looking for and desire in a relationship. Be very specific. This might help you to cut down the chatter. Also, be careful what lure you cast. The women on the site are very serious about courtship and marriage. My experience is the Filipina is not as laid back as Americans when it comes to dating. They don't date. They court.

Look, your "hit" wasn't hard at all. All you did was attack me and come across as a jerk, which had nothing to do with confidence, "straight talk", or constructive criticism. Regardless, since you are willing to actually discuss my questions, I will forget about it and let it go.

Anyway, why do you think the sex thing is embarassing to talk about? It's not naive or arrogant, on the contrary it is quite important. It's the 21st century after all, and we as a society need to stop being so paranoid when it comes to discussing these things. All I really want to know is if, due to cultural taboos or any other general reason, Filipina girls are more repressed or conservative than average in that regard. There are many things that are vital to making marriages actually last. Romance, passion, communication, trust, honesty, etc etc etc but also SEX. If the fire isn't there then I could never spend the rest of my life with someone, thus, before I seriously pursue a possible marriage with a Filipina girl, I want to make sure I'm not setting myself up for automatic failure and disappointment.

That's it. Nothing more. I'm the most monogamous and faithful man you'll ever meet, and that's why it is so very important to be sure. If I spend the rest of my life with someone, I just want to be sure there's a good chance that we'll always have love and passion, in addition to everything else in our relationship.

LOL...it's a given that sex is important, but so is a lot of other things that you didn't mention...like emotional intimacy. If your emphasis is on the sex part of the relationship and you're hoping to bag some little sex kitten from the Philippines because of some stereotype that Filipinas are little sex kittens then you're going to what you deserve.
