Do you guys have any idea why CSC is processing K1 faster than VSC?

The difference now is around 74 against 92 days between NOA1 and NOA2..

I am Happy for all CSC's filers but sad for us poor VSC's... :crying:

They actually take turns. Before we filed last year, I heard a lot of people say that VSC was faster than CSC. In my batch, CSC moved quickly that it was months ahead of VSC. Eventually, VSC was able to run the race again. I have a friend who filed in August last year under VSC and she had her NOA2 in 42 days.

All the best for you! ;)

It's funny, when I fist filed...ohhhh back in January of this year, VSC was two weeks ahead of CSC. Now only a month a few weeks later, VSC is a month behind CSC. It's almost like they just stopped doing K1s...or stopped doing them in force, and shifted to other actions. But like the beautiful Calyso says, "they just take turns." Just look at the time charts in the VJ timeline sections, you'll see the back and forth from the past months.

Back when I filed in 2006, VSC was WAY faster than the others. In fact around the time I filed there were people approved in as little as 2 weeks. The times vary case by case, service by service, desk by desk, and it's a patience game so just focus on other things for a while and soon enough you'll hear from them. The more you obsess with it, the longer it will feel. Personal experience.
