this is all purely hypothetical for me at the moment as me and my huby to be are just looking at all opportunities and angles

BUT

if he sends in an 1-130 for me as his wife - we will not have actually lived together

if we put NONE for place we last lived together - is that going to be frowned upon and ruin my chances of getting my cr1?

Do you have any of the documentation shown on page 2 here (http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-130instr.pdf) to show you have a bona fide marriage?
