I made an infopass appointment for next week. It's the only way I know to get any answers. I am at the 5-month mark and it is making me crazy!

My congressman sent a letter in January, but got no response. His office sent another lettter yesterday.

What do you mean by Infopass appointment? How can i have my infopass appointment too? In this way our papers will be expedite? How about calling 1800 375 5283 the USCIS is that different too?sorry just new here in vj. but ohh we are filing K1. Ohh i see, so we need to follow up our Congressman too to send letter again.

When was the last time your case was touched? I have not received a NOA2 as well, and mine was submitted on july 24th of 2009 , so we are in a similar position possibly.

When it was touched last? did you write your congressman? Have you called and entered in service requests? You can call USCIS and ask for info

We were last touched 12/11/2009. we will try to follow up our Congressman again seems they just ignore his letter by USCIS.. Whats in service requests? is that infopass appointment? that makes our k1 petiton expedite? it's 6.5 months now

It took exactly 90 days from NOA1 to NOA2. Look on the bright side, once you get your NOA2, and you get your case number from NVC, you can do the electronic filing optin.

We finally got our interview date in Oct, Montreal, finally! hopefully everything is in order. Just got back from the lawyers office with all the paper work in hand, just have to add my fiance paper work and we are good to go. Can't wait until we are finally allowed to get married, so looking forward to that day! congrats! (L):star:
